Satisfaction Guarantee
We believe in providing the best products available at the best prices possible, that is why we offer a 'Satisfaction Guarantee' on all of the products we sell. If you do not like the product for any reason, return it to us within 15 days and we will offer a full refund (less S&H). It's that simple!

Note: Item(s) must be returned in 'Like-New' condition. Defective items under warranty will be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Videos & Books can only be exchanged for the same item if opened.

Return Policy
All material returned for refund or service must have an RMA number showing on the shipping label. Working K9 Services will not accept material returned without the proper RMA number clearly identified on the package.

Shipping & Handling
All orders are calculated using the current UPS standard ground rates (per weight) and current handling charge. Most orders are shipped using UPS ground service. Other shipping methods i.e. Next-Day Air, Second-Day Air and 3-Day Select are available.
